Terms & Condition

1. All items sold are not refundable.

2. Goods are sold at a first come first served basis.

3. All prices are fixed & non-negotiable.

4. Buyers need to pay 50% of the price for reserved items.

4. All payments have to be made within 7 days upon reservation, where after the product will be opened to the next buyer in line.

5. Items sold are to be delivered to upon payment completion via courier service. Buyers are to bear all postage costs.

6. We will not be responsible for any losses or damage caused during shipping

7. COD (Cash on Delivery) would be available at our convenient locations; reasonable transportation charges applied for further locations.

Additional Services

Need or want anything from the United States? At ebuyyy, we are able to provide additional service where all you need is to let us know what you want. We will source for the product and give you a few options with different price range. Cost and shipping will be on you plus an additional 10%-25% service charge (depending on the products) but the service and your satisfaction is on us!!

We will do our utmost to provide a world class service, however, we are not responsible for any damage or lost of postage item(s).
